How many times a year does someone come out?
At least 12 visits a year, guaranteed, with unlimited applications inside the program at no extra cost.
What if my lawn gets brown patch, grubs, or chinch bugs between visits?
It's diagnosed and treated at no additional charge. Brown patch, grey leaf spot, grubs, mole crickets, and chinch bugs are all covered.
Do you test the soil?
Yes, once a year. Lime or sulfur gets added if the pH calls for it.
What happens when I call?
A free on-site quote and lawn analysis comes first, then a client handbook explaining how the program works, and an email after every visit confirming what was done.
